ClosedOur client is a banking subsidiary of a Financial Group in Japan, one of the world’s largest financial service providers. They have a presence in Singapore for over 40 years and holds a full bank license and provides banking services.
- Responsible to solve customers' inquires at front end base
- Handle SGD and foreign currency (USD) cash deposit/withdrawal and with experience in detecting forgery notes
- Handle local clearing cheque deposits
- Participate in UAT testing, project implementation, study sessions and system enhancement discussions as and when required
- Process back-end task such as GIRO/FAST Service
- A Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of cash handling experience as a Checker or Approver in the Financial Institutions
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
