Job Description

- Supervise station staff and assess their work quality on customer service, safety, security and compliance to OP and WIs
- Develop and review OP, QM and WIs in clear and concise manner
- Understand and apply basic finance
- Lead, plan and coordinate multiple agencies activities
- Collaborate with other branch and department to drive performance
- Lead and inspire staff
- Conduct complex incident or feedback investigation, fact finding and recommend course of action
- Supervises the daily operations of all Railway stations,
- Develops and proposes changes to the OP, Policies and Work Instructions to ensure their relevance, updating these when the need arises,
- Ensures that Station Service Operations staff are up to date in their understanding and knowledge of Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Safety Protocols,
- Develops routines and schedules to ensure that the Railway stations are manned at levels to adequately support passenger throughput, while at the same time ensuring that the trains are continuously manned by station staff,
- Takes overall responsibility over the cleanliness and serviceability of the equipment within the Railway stations,
- Prepares contingency plans for stations in the event of a rail incidents and emergencies,

Job Requirements

- Preferably a minimum of 7 years of experience in railway industry
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering
