Job Description

- To Print and submitting car tender forms
- To liaise with insurance companies regarding tender awards and payouts
- To arrange with workshops regarding towing of vehicles
- To liaise with clients with regards to their insurance payouts
- To arrange for full settlement of vehicles with respective banks
- To arrange for transfer of vehicles & liaise with LTA if needed
- To assist with general queries from clients at reception counter
- Other duties as assigned
- 6 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1600, No overtime work)

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Mandarin-speaking to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Enjoy interacting and helping clients
- Be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Motivated and driven personality
- Able to multi-task
- Interest in automotive industry
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in automotive industry
