- Manage a team of technicians
- Manage service contracts and spare parts
- Liaise with end-users to develop improvement projects
- Work closely with end-users (clients) to optimize machine performance
- Manage upgrading and repair projects
- Provide technical services to Burn-in Sorters
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in servicing automatic sorters/handlers is an advantage
- Understanding the concepts of UPH, OEE and MTBA is a plus
- Familiar with multi-meter usage
- Simple soldering and electrical connectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess class 2/3 driving license
