Job Description

- Ensure all compliance & regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy & practices are executed
- Manage relationships with executive search firms, agencies and temporary firm
- Proactively provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive
- Markets and peer organization; able to pipeline for key positions
- Provide a leading edge candidate experience
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach planned sales targets
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge

Job Requirements

- Min 5 years of experience in managing a sales team lead in financial services industry, with proven track record
- Strong analyzing skill & portfolio management
- Highly driven, self-motivated & able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skill, influencing skill & the ability to manage multiple & often competing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships & establish trust, respect, competence & confidence among stakeholders, peers & candidates.
- Ability to lead a sales team
