Job Description

- Accounts Duties
- a) Post & Print Tax Invoices
- b) Issue Credit Notes
- c) Chase customers' payments
- d) Generate Daily & Monthly Sales Reports
- e) Bank Reconciliation
- f) Data Entry (Navision system)

- HR & Admin Duties
- a) MOM Application & Renewal for WP/SPASS
- b) Motor Vehicle & Medical Insurance renewal

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, any field. Diploma an advantage.
- Candidates with Principle of Accounting preferred.
- Candidates with at least 6 months dealing with AR/AP preferred.
- Possess MS Office, MS Excel skills.
- Fresh Grad are welcome.
