Job Description

- As our main communicator with our franchisers regarding operation/setting up issues
- To oversee F&B outlet operations
- To coach new employees to understand Japanese Food Culture
- To manage daily kitchen's operation
- To work hand in hand with the Local and Japanese Head Chef in daily's operations
- To communicate with suppliers
- To ensure kitchen hygiene at all times
- To ensure kitchen safety at all times

Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in basic Japanese language with Japanese Head Chef and Japanese Suppliers
- Ability to communicate with customers if required
- Ability to handle NEA officers if required
- At least 5 years of working experience dealing with Japanese food
- Had lead at least 2 assistant cooks in a Japanese Kitchen
- Basic Computer knowledge (Excel) would be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage to your application
