Job Description

- Printing and submitting car tender forms
- Submission of loan application & disbursements documents
- Submission of insurance quotes for clients
- Maintain insurance database for clients
- Assisting with the preparation of new car registrations
- Maintain new car database for clients
- Writing and submitting accident report for clients
- Preparing estimates of repairs to submit to insurance
- Assisting with handling enquiries on Facebook & website
- Assisting with general office administration and data entry
- Other duties as assigned
- 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1300, No overtime work)

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Mandarin as required to interact with Chinese speaking clients
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Able to multi-task
- Meticulous and careful

Compensation
