Job Description

- Provide frontline customer service and perform patients' registration at the counter
- Handle phone calls and inquiries
- Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
- Dispense of medications
- Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up
- Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties
- Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Min N/O/A Level
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Able to attend to mandarin speaking patients
- 5.5 days work week with office working hours
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
