Our Client provides Interior Design and Project Management Services to organizations. They have successfully completed several projects such as Commercial Offices, F&B and Retail Shops. Presently they are sited in a prime location with facilities such as swimming pool, gym and etc,.

Job Description

- Main Contractor role to oversee projects
- To maintain and monitor project plans
- To project schedules and work hours
- To coordinate with newly formed construction team
- To ensure budget and expenditure are in order
- To organize, attend and pariticipate in stakeholder meetings. E.g. Present at worksite to brief clients and suppliers
- To ensure documentations are properly managed, follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Passionate about interior design

Job Requirements

- Great Leadership skill to lead and advise team members
- Excellent time and project management skill
- Street smart and sensitive to customer's requirements
- A self-starter & ability to provide solution to employer and customers
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in construction or major renovation, especially interior design projects. E.g. Office space, Restaurant, Retail and Shopping Malls
- Attend to ad-hoc duties if required
