ClosedSince 1970, our client had been serving various customers in the heavy industries such as the oil & gas, the marine sector, automobiles and many more. The client’s diesel engine is a prime mover and had been distributed all over the world.
- SAP 1st level user support for newly implemented SAP HANA - SD, MM, FI CO modules to all client's users in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Middle East, ensuring business continuity and process efficiency.
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting to all employees with regard to SAP.
- Gather and analyze information about users’ issues and determine the best solution.
- Provide support for identified level 2 Application Management Services (AMS) and level 3 (SAP) issues if configuration solutions have already been documented.
- File case to AMS vendor if issue cannot be resolved by our IT team. This involves ticket routing, escalation and follow ups to level 2 support (AMS vendor).
- Update documentations (ie, training documents, solution manager, etc), as needed.
- Organize monthly SAP meeting with user department and AMS vendor.
- Summarize users’ requirements for new function and customization.
- Analyze current business processes and provide recommendations that would help improve efficiency and effectiveness of users using SAP.
- Provide training to users, as and when needed, using the available training materials and UAT documents.
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in SAP user support/functional consultant for SAP MM, SD and WM modules in manufacturing industry.
- Preferably someone with at least 2 full cycles of SAP implementations.
- Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus.
- ABAP programming and debugging skills a plus.
- Understanding of business work flow of manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skill with users.
- Japanese language skill advantageous to communicate with Japanese customers
- Business trip might be required at times.
