Job Description

- Development of system modules according to requirements
- Improve and enhance current system modules
- Plans and assists the support engineer in resolving system issues
- Performs commissioning of site products and systems
- Performs system level 2 diagnostics at database level
- Follows up closely with clients and provides periodic updates for open cases
- Assists in Troubleshooting Manual and documentation

Job Requirements

- Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Computing or equivalent
- Knowledge in C/C++, C#, Java, Java Script
- Stored Procedures in SQL & networking knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Willing to work on rotating weekend shift and on standby 24x7
- Extensive travelling (regional) may be required on project basis
