- Assist the Ship Repair Manager in the management of vessels maintenance programmes and upgrading projects
- Assist the SRM in the scheduling and monitoring of maintenance activities
- Assist the SRM in the conduct of VSCC
- Assist the SRM in the conduct of progress meetings; preparation & taking of minutes
- Assist the SRM in the coordination of works amongst the various trades
- Track and update the closure of work packages & OQE
- Track and update the procurement of spares
- Track and update the outsourced work services
- Diploma or Degree in Marine/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Certification in Ship Repair Management course will be advantageous
- Able to make appropriate decisions and judgments
- Willing to work late at times when required
